Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a luxurious guest experience.
- Empty trash bins, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets in designated areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) and report them immediately to the engineering or management team.
- Maintain an organized and clean storage area for cleaning supplies.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations (OSHA guidelines).
- Respond efficiently to room service requests and special guest inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial services is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
