Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation
- Deep clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to maintain brand standards
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak times
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
