Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Make beds, change linens, and organize amenities according to company standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors efficiently.
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries to maintain readiness for new guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and valid government-issued ID.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic English communication skills.
