Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Strip beds, make beds, and replace linens with precision and care.
- Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, soap, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the management team immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Fold and store linens in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner to address any special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
