Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized according to brand standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures throughout the hotel.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including extra towels, toiletries, or room maintenance issues.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and public areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
