Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using our property management system
- Manage room reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Uphold strict cleanliness and security standards at the front desk
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve promptly
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
