Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hygiene and quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all furniture is arranged neatly.
- Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean waste receptacles.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Restock guest rooms with amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toiletries.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
