Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Strip and make beds according to strict hotel standards and amenities.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or safety hazards, to the maintenance department immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, chemical handling procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid government-issued ID.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
