Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Change bed linens, make beds according to strict standards, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.).
- Empty trash cans and replace liners regularly throughout the day.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and thoroughly clean bathrooms including toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.
- Interact professionally and politely with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No previous housekeeping experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Basic English language skills for communication with guests and staff.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the hotel location.
