Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Report maintenance issues and lost items promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient room turnover
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if driving company vehicle)
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
