Responsibilities
- Provide warm welcome and assistance to hotel guests at check-in/check-out
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficientlyRespond to guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with luggage and valet services as needed
Qualifications
