Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and queries with a positive attitude.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates!
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
