Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing the daily ledger, preparing financial reports, and opening/closing the front desk.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints and requests to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay.
- Assist with concierge services and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently during night shifts.
