Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the hotel
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest reservations
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
