Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Upsell premium amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Execute safety and emergency protocols per hotel standards
- Maintain detailed shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Basic knowledge of Oakland attractions and local services
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
