Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas exceeding cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for smooth operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Handle emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
