Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Assist in daily operations and support the front desk and housekeeping teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
