Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Coordinate with team members during shift transitions
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) efficiently
- Assist with event setup and banquet services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
- Valid Washington State food handler's license (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
