Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure pristine room conditions
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless operations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and brand compliance protocols
- Support event coordination and VIP guest handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems a plus)
- Valid California driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
