Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or banquet support)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with team members for seamless shift transitions and coverage
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for banquet/conference operations
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies and health/safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy with POS systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license (if driving hotel shuttle)
