Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (morning, evening, or overnight)
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with professionalism
- Ensure public areas and guest rooms meet cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations

Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
