Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment and maintain inventory of supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to property management immediately
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Manage room turnover efficiently to maintain high occupancy rates
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Complete daily inspection checklists to ensure quality compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for guest communication
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
