Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the property.
- Change bed linens, restock toiletries, and ensure bedrooms are tidy and organized.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by promptly reporting any maintenance issues or broken equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
- Interact professionally with clients and maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus but not required (we provide paid training).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
