Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of all assigned areas.
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, including kitchenettes and bathrooms, following strict health and safety protocols.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company policies regarding uniform, punctuality, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
