Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations and arrange exclusive experiences for VIP guests
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements including transportation, dining, and entertainment
- Manage guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NYC attractions, events, and cultural offerings
- Utilize Opera PMS system to manage reservations and guest preferences
- Train junior concierge staff on service standards and local expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume markets
- Exceptional communication skills in English and proficiency in Spanish/French
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Deep knowledge of NYC tourism scene and hidden gems
- Strong vendor relationships with premium service providers
- Valid NYC hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor
