Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ product roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile innovation sprints, delivering MVPs within 6-week cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop patent-pending solutions in emerging domains: neuro-interfaces, sustainable tech, and spatial computing
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Mentor talent in innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, TRIZ)
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with >$50M ARR impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or AR/VR
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review (2019-2023)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation grants from NSF or DARPA
- Fluency in future forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
