Responsibilities
- Architect and lead development of next-gen technology prototypes
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Lead agile teams through rapid prototyping cycles (2-week sprints)
- Present innovations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior innovators through technical workshops
- Secure and manage innovation grants (>$1M annually)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D, product innovation, or tech strategy
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or biotech
- MBA or advanced technical degree (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Strong background in agile development methodologies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
