Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Expertise in forecasting technology trajectories (Gartner, McKinsey-style frameworks)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for APAC market integration
