Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap for 2026 technology adoption across quantum computing, AR/VR, and biotech sectors
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for future-facing challenges
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 100 companies for joint innovation projects
- Present vision to C-suite and investors, securing $10M+ annual R&D budget
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainability standards in all initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural architecture optimization, or carbon-negative tech
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members during hypergrowth phases
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ commercialized innovations with >$50M impact
