- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch for 2026-focused initiatives

- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation trends
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Report C-suite on innovation KPIs and emerging market disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation leadership with 5+ in future-tech strategy roles
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ industry-disrupting products launched in the past 5 years
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in AI/ML implementation and ethical AI governance frameworks
