You'll directly influence our $2B R&D pipeline while operating from our state-of-the-art San Francisco headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused product roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and research teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning market analysis identifying disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, VCs, and academic institutions
- Translate user insights into patentable innovation frameworks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our 2026 Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/tech strategy with proven 2026-era innovation track record
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Strong background in user research and behavioral economics
- Strategic consulting background at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in innovation/tech journals
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
