Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough solutions with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization pathways
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite level
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
