- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching products generating $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and market analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Blue Ocean)
- Experience with sustainability and ESG integration in innovation
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., ICP) a plus
