Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable AI models and quantum-ready infrastructure prototypes.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and security experts, to integrate 2026 security standards.
- Prioritize technical debt reduction and optimize legacy systems for the upcoming quantum transition.
- Present architectural proposals to the executive board and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering complex products on time.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
