Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the 2026 system roadmap, aligning technical delivery with strategic business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in the design of high-performance distributed systems.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies such as quantum computing and advanced AI integration.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability of our future infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
