We are building the infrastructure for tomorrow. Nexus Future Labs is looking for a visionary Lead Agentic AI Engineer to pioneer autonomous AI systems for our 2026 roadmap. You will be at the forefront of defining how machines reason, plan, and execute complex tasks independently.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering, leading a team of brilliant minds to build the next generation of intelligent agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Agentic AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks like LangChain and AutoGPT.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for autonomous agent deployment across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3).
- Proven track record of building production-grade autonomous agents.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architecture.
