Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Define the technical roadmap and best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure real-time performance.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern C++.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
