Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable multi-agent AI architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Oversee the development of synthetic data generation frameworks to accelerate model training cycles.
- Implement rigorous AI safety and alignment protocols to ensure ethical output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate neural networks into consumer hardware.
- Drive innovation in LLM fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
