Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI-driven infrastructure leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to design robust, scalable machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization for high-traffic applications.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration) to drive innovation.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data pipeline architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
