Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead initiatives in predictive analytics, neural interfaces, and autonomous agent development.
- System Scalability: Engineer high-performance cloud-native solutions that can handle petabyte-scale data processing with zero latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate strategic vision into technical execution.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and senior developers alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in deploying large-scale LLMs, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to navigate ambiguity and define technical roadmaps for long-term product development.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
