Job Description
Welcome to the vanguard of technological evolution. As we prepare for the paradigm shift of 2026, we are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead our Quantum-Augmented Neural Networks division. You will not just build systems; you will architect the future of intelligence.
We are looking for a pioneer who thrives on ambiguity and possesses the technical mastery to bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical application.
The Future Awaits
Our mission is to redefine the boundaries of computational capability. In this role, you will lead a world-class team in developing next-generation algorithms capable of solving complex problems currently deemed unsolvable.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for post-silicon computing environments.
- Lead the R&D strategy for Quantum-Augmented AI models, integrating probabilistic logic into deterministic frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads of quantum physicists, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation neural interfaces.
- Mentor junior architects and establish best practices for ethical AI development.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and drive innovation culture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the '2026' vision.
