Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, high-performance Machine Learning and Deep Learning infrastructure.
- Design proprietary neural network architectures tailored for Generative AI and Natural Language Processing tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and scalability of all deployed AI models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing implications) into our stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering and AI architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
