Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our upcoming AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead and Mentor: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical reviews.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into practical, deployable production models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and investors, to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in leading AI/ML architecture teams.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through periods of rapid growth and technical disruption.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
