Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures that align with our long-term strategic vision for 2026, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing applications to stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and training to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting high-level technical reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our core platforms.
- Security & Ethics: Establish robust frameworks to ensure AI systems are secure, transparent, and adhere to global ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML domain.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using advanced algorithms and statistical methods.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and driving project delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
