Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on Agentic AI and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architecture for large-scale AI inference and training pipelines.
- Lead the migration to next-gen GPU clusters and edge computing frameworks to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding the evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs) by 2026.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity within AI/ML environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of designing systems handling high concurrency and real-time data processing.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
