Responsibilities

- Optimize deep learning models for low-latency inference in edge computing environments.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen hardware accelerators and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Establish rigorous security protocols for sensitive training data and model deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain code excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
