Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into next-generation Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- System Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize resource utilization for real-time applications.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leads to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
