Responsibilities

- R&D Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Symbolic AI) and integrate them into our core platform to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs across our distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and security experts to ensure AI deployments are ethical, compliant, and user-centric.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions at scale.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
