Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the strategic architectural planning for our core AI products, ensuring scalability and long-term feasibility.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of advanced deep learning models, optimizing for low latency and high throughput.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Design robust data pipelines and cloud architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and edge AI processing.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
- Future-Ready: Passion for exploring emerging technologies and a proactive approach to adopting new methodologies.
