Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap for AI systems targeted for the 2026 market cycle.
- Lead the design of scalable machine learning pipelines using modern cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for low-latency inference.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior architects within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with high-performance computing languages such as Rust or Go.
- Proven track record of delivering AI products from concept to production.
